i wait at the patio everyday, your favourite SmartHeart food still fresh in that porcelain bowl. i wait by the door every evening, hoping you'd be there to greet me.
you were always there for me, a great friend and companion. you cheer me up by cuddling and purring at my feet. i couldn't ask for a better friend. although sometimes i never appreciated your love, you were so happy to see me but i put you in the washing machine instead. you didn't come home for a week, but eventually you did, because i know you still love me no matter what. i even poured cold water on you while you were having your nap, and yet you were still there for me. when i was studying for my exams, you kept me company and cheered me by sitting on my window-sill all night. i never got the chance to show you how much i appreciated you.
i am sorry i smacked you for peeing on the pantry. you merely wanted my attention.
i am sorry i shaved off your fur when you bit me. i didn't understand feline language.
i am sorry i bit you when you scratched me. i thought it's the only way to communicate with you.
i am sorry i wasn't a very good owner. you were more than just a pet to me.
i don't even know if you're alive now. and you won't be able to read this, nor understand the emotional pain i'm going through.
please come back, Leo. or at least, give me a chance to say goodbye.

new beginning.
i know this post is so outdated. i was trying to get the hang of Blogger. (okay okay i admit it, i was procrastinating all this while.)
so, why the new blog? Xanga was being a b*tch. and also, since 2008 marks the year i become a University student, and i will be moving out of the house very soon (and out of the country), i should blog less bimbotic (there, i said it!)than my previous blog that i am not so very proud of. i should be more mature in thought now, since the past 7 months of holiday has made my brain turn sluggish, making it unable to function properly. smack my head and i'll only duck 5 seconds later!
here's a brief summary of 2007 and my new year's resolutions:
1. What did you do in 2007 that you’d never done before?
went clubbing for the very first time! (had a blast, and got blasted in the end)
and one more *cough* i'm not telling! (this is a sweet secret between me and the boyfriend)
2. Did you keep your new year’s resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
the year is still fresh and pure, and by keeping this new year's resolutions, there shouldn't be TOO many next year (does this make any sense?)

not that i know of

fortunately, no

singapore, vietnam.
6. What would you like to have in 2008 that you lacked in 2007?
determination and discipline

7th September :) - that's when We got together.

standing up when i fell.

my A-Level results.

a minor depression (don't ask)

was on the way back from Perhentian Island with my friends and they sang me a birthday song with this colorful glowing cake (i almost cried). later on i got back home to Malacca and went fine dining with my family :) i'm 19 years OLD. yes, OLD. age is a state of mind.
30. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?
getting straight A's for my A-Levels.
31. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2007?
too many shirts of the same color and design.
32. What kept you sane?
God, my parents (on the contrary, they drive me insane sometimes), some close friends, Bear.

politics is a waste of time.

i learned to be happy. and think of life as a terminal illness, because if you do, you will live it with joy and passion as it ought to be lived.
i learned that it is not a dress rehearsal, and that today is the only guarantee you get.
